The magnificent Ikala hotel was designed thinking about the fragile ecosystem of the Galapagos Islands. Built with a focus on sustainability and protecting the environment of the very special area of which it is now part of. The hotel has areas surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens that provide an environment of natural freshness.
The hotel offers: 18 suites (with private bathroom, air conditioning, silent fans and balconies), 3 rooms (with private bathroom, air conditioning and silent fans). Each of them fully equipped for the best comfort of our guests. Additional has a two-story suite (with a living room, separate kitchen on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level).
Among its social and recreation areas, it has a beautiful swimming pool, bar area and a beautiful terrace located in the upper part of the main building (where the restaurant and rest area are located).
It also has a solar panel system that provides energy/electricity for hot showers and for lighting the garden.
The hotel has an excellent location (a block away from the main pier), next to the main street of Puerto Ayora known as Baltra Avenue (central and tourist area where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, and other interesting places to visit).
