SALES POLICY

Clients will be able to make their payment by means of a deposit in American Dollar (in case of bank transfers or credit / debit card payments, clients / customers will have to bear the incurred costs established on each different form of payment).
The occupancy on CRUISE SHIPS is carried out on the basis of double-occupancy cabins, for shared cabins with passengers of the same sex (man – man / woman – woman).
For our LAND BASED TRIPS, occupancy would be in single, double or family rooms (Hotels)
The extra charge for a single cabin is 80 % for all of the yachts.
After the payment, an approved voucher is sent to the customer.
Airline tickets issued by the Volcanic Paradise Galapagos will be delivered 10 days to the departure.
The invoice is to be drawn up from Santa Cruz – Galapagos, if the purchase was made directly via Volcanic Paradise Galapagos.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

All payments for reservations and confirmations will be made exclusively through our payment platforms and company bank accounts. Volcanic Paradise Galapagos is not responsible for third-party payments (payments to unauthorized persons or accounts) or unauthorized use of our company name.
If you cancel your reservation 60 days before departure, you will get back 100 % of the price.
In case of reservations less than 30 day before departure, you will have to pay 100 % of the total value.
IMPORTANT: In case of charter, communicate directly with VOLCANIC PARADISE GALAPAGOS.

CANCELLATION FEES

In case of space cancellation more than 60 days before departure, there will be no cancellation fees or penalties.
In case of space cancellation within 60 to 31 days before departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total value.
In case of space cancellation in less than 31 days before departure, there will be a cancellation penalty of 100 % of the total value.
In case you are not using the acquired service there will be no restitution of money.
If there is an increase of oil prices, airport taxes etc., which exceed 2 % of the total value of the tour, these extra costs, need to be covered by the passenger / agency that contracted the service.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The activities contained in the cruises, daily tours, Scuba Diving and Land Based Trips could vary according to the availability of spaces, climatic changes and Biosafety protocols or by disposition of the Galapagos National Park according to the rules established in natural areas.
It is recommended to have life and travel insurance for each of the future visitors, only for precautionary measures and so that your stay in our Islands can be pleasant and unforgettable.
