We are going to start our tour with a navigation towards Santa Fe Island. This small paradise possesses one of the most marvelous and protected bays of the Galapagos Islands.

This Beautiful Barrington Bay has turquoise waters and are surrounded by some natural walls consisting of small rocks which form islets and give this bay the formation of a half moon.

When we arrive, we’re going to have a wet landing on the beach, where we’ll have our first contact with a native Sea Lion family which lives in this place. From there we’ll start our walk to observe the giant Opuntia Cacti and the Palo Santo, two endemic tree species of the island. Within it’s natural forest we’ll be able to spot some birds like Swallow-tailed Gulls, Tropical Birds, Eagle Owls, Pelicans and Galapagos hawks. But the main attraction and most important species on the island is the dark yellow Giant Land Iguana which is – due to it’s size – known as the Dragon Of Galapagos. This species is native in Santa Fe and unique in the archipelago.

After the hike, we’ll have a breath-taking time of snorkeling or swimming within the bays with its turquoise and calm waters. You will have unforgettable and unique moments, snorkeling / swimming side by side with Sea Turtles, Sea Lions, Baby Manta Rays and colorful Fishes.
